They don’t always honor the price match… They don’t always honor the price match even when it is their own pricing showing in Google shopping. I placed an item in my cart at $152 and when I went to pay for it the price went up in my cart to $234. Google even says they still are selling it at $152. I contacted them and they won’t honor that price. I have bought from them before and had taken advantage of their price match. I guess if they won’t honor their own pricing in a service they pay for I can’t support them as a business anymore. According to their Facebook “they understand”, but I guess that means only if it is advantageous to them.

Superior Customer Service I have purchased numerous items from Tree Fort Bikes and have always received excellent customer service. They have a great price match policy and will always match a competitor's price, within reason. If they do not have the product or information that I need, they will go out of their way to find it. The customer service that I have received at Tree Fort Bikes is far and away better than anything that I have experienced from other online bike supply companies. Tree Fort Bikes has earned my loyalty as a customer, and I highly recommend them!

Outstanding company. Always price matches I love Tree Fort Bikes. They are fast at shipping with a central US location, website works great, and customer service is top-notch. Their price matching service is really awesome, because if you haven't shopped around on your own they will still list a price match on their website if someone else had submitted it. For some reason they also sell really awesome pint glasses with their logo on it, as well as other bike related companies. I like that since beer and bikes go so well together!

They list stuff for a good price on… They list stuff for a good price on eBay and then cancel the order on you claiming inventory error so they can avoid bad feedback, then repost at a higher price later. Total scam. Took several days to tell me about it too so it was too late for me to look elsewhere. Don’t do business with them. Shady commerce tactics. You don’t have any business being on eBay if you can’t keep basic inventory straight and certainly not with 99.9 positive feedback .
