Had a question on a part that their … Had a question on a part that their staff was able to answer. Several other websites didn't even return my email. Ordered the part and it was shipped the next day.

Fast shipping, great customer service I ordered a new grip from them on a Friday afternoon so I expected it would be shipped on Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I hadn't heard anything so I emailed their customer service on Monday and they replies within minutes that it shipped out Friday and gave me the tracking code. To my pleaseny surprise, It arrived the next day! Great customer service, fast shipping and great products. Definitely a worthwhile, legit company. Highly recommended.

Bad experience late yesterday… Bad experience late yesterday concerning an order, or would be order. The customer rep- I'll not mention her name- accused me of being "short & hostile" in my responses. I understand there were problems with the website, but she continued saying there was no record of my previous purchases & I guess decided to just leave me hanging. Not very good customer service on her behalf.
