USSome Order Issues But CS Dealt With It Immediately I recently made a purchase through MSR but had issues with website not sending me a receipt to my email. I also had trouble get page to load because it was down. I messaged customer service and had someone responding within a couple minutes on a Sunday. I provided my order# and within a couple more minutes they had me a shipping label & tracking # printed, I later received a email from them telling me my item was to be shipped. Per my experience with these people it's been nothing but good and professional. I can't speak to other people's negative reviews but mine was positive so far.

USDISHONEST AND CONTRADICTING… DISHONEST AND CONTRADICTING COMPANY/OWNER! UPDATE: This company blocked my IP address from being able to view/access their website. If that isn't sketchy or doesn't tell you what kind of company you're doing business with then I don't know what will. This happened after I called the business and tried politely speaking to the owner Ryan Owens about how an associate admitted the company was having technical issues with their email system when I placed the order. I also informed Mr. Owens about the dozen attempts of trying to get someone on the phone during their nonexistent non listed business hours and how the calls would simply go straight to voicemail. Mr. Owen's shrugged this off, kept speaking over me and said it didn't matter since I had to agree to the company's return policy before checking out. Well, it just so happens that their return policy also states the following: "If the return is due to any error on behalf of MSR Arms, or the product is defective, we will pay or reimburse the return shipping costs up to our standard ground rate of $8.99." Mr. Owens also went on to say that I should have refused delivery of the package. I also explained to him how many delivery drivers have a bad habit of signing for the customer or scanning the package and how I cannot stop delivery of a package on my. Any and every polite attempt of me trying to get him to meet me halfway and accept some wrongdoing on the business's behalf was met with redirection. It is evident that this company and its owner pick and choose what policies they want to enforce and which they do not. If you've ever wondered why people love corporations and big business but are reluctant to support small business, this is a perfect example as to why. Ironically, their website also states the following: "What you experience from us: "Better than expected customer service." "What you will not experience with us." "Excuses" It is evident that this company and its owner do not keep their word, admit any sort of errors on their end and do not want to lose a dime. Save yourself the hassle and the headache and buy from sites like Primary Arms, Brownell's and Optics Planet.

USFast shipping, great customer service I ordered a new grip from them on a Friday afternoon so I expected it would be shipped on Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I hadn't heard anything so I emailed their customer service on Monday and they replies within minutes that it shipped out Friday and gave me the tracking code. To my pleaseny surprise, It arrived the next day! Great customer service, fast shipping and great products. Definitely a worthwhile, legit company. Highly recommended.
