I would give them 5 stars I would give them 5 stars, but the event lacked direction as to where to be when, where to go next, and what line you are to stand in, so you don't get missed. The experience itself was 5 stars. The staff, from the pretty lady that checked us in, onto the well spoke instructor at driving school, then onto the ride along driver and finally the pit crew for the ride alone were all 5 stars. We saw people of all ages, all types, and all having a blast. Maybe you have a health concern well they help you to the best they can. I met a wonderful 86-year-old man that walked slowly with a cane, yet he drove fast like a race car driver. You can bring family and friends to watch or drive with you. A 5-star experience.

RWRE...WRECKED my weekend! I booked a session at Milwaukee Mile after receiving a voucher as a gift from a family member. The "confroamtion"(sic) email from Jen LaRose said that I had a Friday ride along instead of the Saturday opening that I had requested. I blew a vacation day and drove to Milwaukee Mile on the date indicated in the email. Upon arriving, the RWRE agent said she could not find my name on the Friday schedule...she found me on the Saturday docket instead. "Sorry about that, you'll have to come back tomorrow." What a waste of my time...very poor customer service!

Rev limiter cheated me. Ray did a great job of getting us started, describing what was coming. I felt comfortable for a first timer, and felt safe in his mentoring. When I was driving, it was fun but felt like I was short changed when the soft touch rev limiter kept cutting the engine out at speed. I kept trying to go faster, but the limiter stopped me, so I can't give a positive rating.

Didn’t get to enjoy a gift This is old but with Father’s Day coming up it reminds me of this. I purchased this experience for my husband in 2019 for Father’s Day. We had to schedule for 2020. Well then COVID happened and I tried emailing to reschedule. No one would respond nor could we speak with anyone. Im just upset my husband never enjoyed his gift nor did we receive a refund.

Thank you Thank you! Rusty Wallace racing experience! It truly was an amazing experience. I drove today at Texas motor speedway, I did 3 laps as a ride along (I highly recommend this before you drive), the professional driver gets you familiar with the track and pushes the car to the extreme, getting your adrenaline pumping. Next I did 4 laps (wish I had bought more) driving my own car, but before all this, there is a safety class. Pay attention in this class, the instructor (Art) gives a lot of tips and info on how to operate the car in a safe manner and truly enjoy you driving experience. Every employee at RW was very nice and helpful and help make my day most memorable.
