My wife purchased this as a gift not… My wife purchased this as a gift not realizing it's a grift...they take your money and are absolutely inflexible when life happens. I mean, as a business you would think they'd understand something like someone getting sick and needing to reschedule. But they cling to their no-refund policy which isn't clearly communicated up-front, and are completely inflexible changing up when things happen. This is just one of those things that sounds cool to do, but there are better companies out there with more flexibility that you can do this with. I'd steer clear of these folks. Should've known working with an org whose namesake could only eek out 55 wins in 706 races.

Buyer Beware Very disappointed in the scattered and unprofessional handling of our racing experience. Very long wait time sitting in the sun in the hot suit due to a crash on the track. Also very poor guidance once inside the car as to how to proceed. The last straw was when they forgot to take my boyfriend's picture in the professional jumpsuit and instead took the picture in his tee shirt and shorts. The expensive plaque that we purchased is worthless and they would not refund my money. Buyer beware

I would give them 5 stars I would give them 5 stars, but the event lacked direction as to where to be when, where to go next, and what line you are to stand in, so you don't get missed. The experience itself was 5 stars. The staff, from the pretty lady that checked us in, onto the well spoke instructor at driving school, then onto the ride along driver and finally the pit crew for the ride alone were all 5 stars. We saw people of all ages, all types, and all having a blast. Maybe you have a health concern well they help you to the best they can. I met a wonderful 86-year-old man that walked slowly with a cane, yet he drove fast like a race car driver. You can bring family and friends to watch or drive with you. A 5-star experience.

Incredible Experience My dad, brother, brother-in-law and myself got the 12-lap racing experience at Bristol as a Christmas present and it was incredible. Registration when we got to the track was easy. Art was our instructor for our pre-race meeting and did an exceptional job making sure we were ready to race. When we got to the track, we hadn't planned on doing the ride along experience first, but Art suggested it to help us feel more comfortable with the track and the car. I'm glad we did, because it definitely made the driving experience better. The pit stop crew was great on pit road helping us with our instructions and were incredibly hospitable. Definitely recommend!

AWESOME!!!!!! Did ten laps at Charlotte Motor Speedway 4/3/22. What a blast!!!! Beautiful weather, everyone was polite and helpful. Gave us total access to the entire place. Thru the tunnel, inside the Nascar garage, drivers meeting room and pit road. To hammer it down the backstretch was exhilarating!!!!! To all you whiners, stay home. All policies are clear and gone over several times. Special shout out to the photography ladies for making my day extra special! Gonna do it again!!!!!!
