GBFaulty Kanulock Surfboard Straps I purchased a pair of Kanulock surfboard straps for my son. One of the locks became faulty after a month or so. I requested a replacement and promising to deal with it, I never got a reply - even after contacting the company a couple more time. Very poor customer service and will not be using them again.

GBPoor company I’m pretty disappointed about the service I’ve received over the last 10 days from your company. Apparently you had some supply chain issues but this wasn’t communicated to me until I’d waited over a week and send several emails, which went unanswered. I then phoned you and was told the bag was finally on the way but now its arrived and its not the one that I ordered, it’s a barry basic one. I wanted to support a smaller surf shop but I weirdly got an email regarding my order from the wetsuitcentre.co.uk - strange all round experience. Updating to 1 star after I had a further bad experience with them. Not got a surfers soul, just corporate coldness.
