GBExcellent customer service! I had an issue with an order that never arrived (Royal Mail's fault, not Sorted Surf Shop's), but Ben was quick to reply and to send out a new one. Excellent customer service!

SGFCS Surfboard Travel Bag Just ordered a surfboard bag but there's no email acknowlegment.Write an email to them inquiring how is the order going but there is no reply.Log in the web and surprised that there is no order in my list.Stressful.
