GBFaulty Kanulock Surfboard Straps I purchased a pair of Kanulock surfboard straps for my son. One of the locks became faulty after a month or so. I requested a replacement and promising to deal with it, I never got a reply - even after contacting the company a couple more time. Very poor customer service and will not be using them again.

GBBeyond our expectations! Wow, what a find! Super helpful staff, great products and the best expert advice ever! We hired two of their new e-bikes - I think they're called Kendra. What an adrenaline rush! We got from Boscombe to Mudeford Spit Beach House in 30 minutes, grinning from ear-to-ear throughout. I would really recommend this shop. They also have 'Sorted Surf School' which we didn't try but, if it's anything like the service we experienced, it will be awesome. We'll be back soon!
