Poor communication and organisation Poor communication and organisation. Website said items were in-stock. Upon chasing up where my order was two weeks later I was told they were waiting for an item to restock in 2 days and I then got a shipment notification two days later. Delivery tracking hadn't moved after a further two weeks so I emailed again to be told they are waiting on another item to be restocked. Why would they lie about shipping it and they might be this time! I am yet to receive my order 1 month on.

Great product fast dispatch Great product fast dispatch. That's why I rated 5. As I have used them before, I'd hoped this time the delivery had improved. Unfortunately it had not. They should state please allow 7/10 days for standard delivery. This stops people getting wound up.

Happy customer. Would recommend. Ordered a replacement shaft with adaptor for my Cobra Speedzone driver as I wanted a regular flex to replace the stiff shaft it came with. Ordered on Friday 23rd July with immediate acknowledgement. Message from DHL confirming it had been picked up for delivery on Tues 27th and delivered to my home in Scotland on the Thursday 29th. 6 days from time of order from Sweden to UK. Tried it out yesterday and very happy with it. Would use again without question.

Great with some (mostly minor) flaws product mix very complete explanations for beginners very good but not always available for some products delivery delai 8 calender days (to Belgium) (first order I placed, so only 1 measurement) prices +/- correct

No items and no refund Ordered clubs almost 2 months ago, they have given tracking numbers that have been delivered to Sweden when I am in the UK. Not responding to emails. Even requested a refund and nothing. I would stay away from this company.
