Shipment was delayed and no information… Shipment was delayed and no information about the delay was given to the customer. I had to send a great deal of email to get to know the status of my order and they did not reply fast nor to all of them. Poor information and communication. NOT RECOMMENDED

Item not arrived after almost 4 weeks… Item not arrived after almost 4 weeks and I’m told to wait another fortnight before asking for a replacement to be sent. Comms slow as well

Wilson pro staff Clubs are great and I am so happy with them. Perfect for beginners and beginners-intermedium. The only negative mark is the description because is confuse and not accurate. I'm missing one club that should be in the bag (following the web description) but I was told that the web is not update.

Poor communication and organisation Poor communication and organisation. Website said items were in-stock. Upon chasing up where my order was two weeks later I was told they were waiting for an item to restock in 2 days and I then got a shipment notification two days later. Delivery tracking hadn't moved after a further two weeks so I emailed again to be told they are waiting on another item to be restocked. Why would they lie about shipping it and they might be this time! I am yet to receive my order 1 month on.

Items delivered are exactly as ordered Items delivered are exactly as ordered, delivery was on time. One item was left short but after email to company, reply and item was dispatched quickly. Service in my experience was very professional and quick to rectify issue. Quality of items was also excellent
