Order got here, but no message to me. Hello everyone, I ordered some components, and it seemed that the goods arrived here, but since I was at job, I did not get it, and no message from any deliverer. Emailed them, but did not hear anything back. Next, I went around to postoffices, and found my package. I email them again , taht I had found my package, but still no feedback. They should take it a bit more seriously about customer service. I should mention, that I got the goods very fast from the sender, and package was fine. I will try to order again another time, and report back afterwards. Cheers, Jacques.

after-sales service is not reliable I bought a maxxis assegai tire in the shop and when I mounted it was deformed, I contacted the store that informed me to send a tire for inspection. they asked me for a video to show the tire, a video where you can clearly see the defect, I don't think it's fair to have to spend money sending a tire back and running out of a bicycle because they are inspecting a tire. I will not shop again at this store. Thank you for making me ride with a deformed tire for 40 euros.

Excellent ! Well , in france we've got All tricks which is by far the best website for biking staff . Can't complain about Bikediscount , it has been very fast and very efficient . Not sure if I will order a full bike on this website because it is "colissimo in france " which after germany is taking care of , and , it is not very the best for expensive staff . Maybe , in the futur , thinking about a DHL service from start to finish ? but for all the other staff I will for sure ! Thanks again !

Outstanding low prices Outstanding low prices, between 50 to 30 % less than the local bike shop. So far perfect service (after 3 orders á 8-9 items). Honest and straight forward business model. Finally it makes economical sense to upgrade or retrofit your bike.

Zero stars! Zero stars! Having placing an order almost a month ago. The parcel seems to be lost which means no goods and no money. Answer from bikediscount?? Be patience! Seriously??? I just want my money back as I had to purchase the items somewhere else spending money twice. The worse CS I have never experienced.
