I have bought one tyre one month ago, that I needed urgently (it said deliverytime 1-3 days), and it has still not arrived, after one month ago. I have contacted them, asking why there was this problem and to ask for a refound, and they refused, saying that it was not a mistake from their part but from the shipping company (Poste Italiane). I find this to be unacceptable. Will not buy from then again, after this experience.

Excellent ! Well , in france we've got All tricks which is by far the best website for biking staff . Can't complain about Bikediscount , it has been very fast and very efficient . Not sure if I will order a full bike on this website because it is "colissimo in france " which after germany is taking care of , and , it is not very the best for expensive staff . Maybe , in the futur , thinking about a DHL service from start to finish ? but for all the other staff I will for sure ! Thanks again !

Very late delivery Bikediscount has not been as swift as Bikediscount previously has been. Waiting weeks for a kids bike is not ok, when the homepage is giving the information that is going to be delivered within 5 days. I had to call Bikediscount several times before they reacted. so if you can wait for a long time..... Moreover the bike was scratched when delivered.

after-sales service is not reliable I bought a maxxis assegai tire in the shop and when I mounted it was deformed, I contacted the store that informed me to send a tire for inspection. they asked me for a video to show the tire, a video where you can clearly see the defect, I don't think it's fair to have to spend money sending a tire back and running out of a bicycle because they are inspecting a tire. I will not shop again at this store. Thank you for making me ride with a deformed tire for 40 euros.
