I just want my money back as I had to purchase the items somewhere else spending money twice. The worse CS I have never experienced.

Very late delivery Bikediscount has not been as swift as Bikediscount previously has been. Waiting weeks for a kids bike is not ok, when the homepage is giving the information that is going to be delivered within 5 days. I had to call Bikediscount several times before they reacted. so if you can wait for a long time..... Moreover the bike was scratched when delivered.
