customer support should improve. customer support should improve. I bought a tyre. It never arrived. Was a DHL error. Yet Bike Discount did not refund me. Had to reclaim via Paypal.

Order got here, but no message to me. Hello everyone, I ordered some components, and it seemed that the goods arrived here, but since I was at job, I did not get it, and no message from any deliverer. Emailed them, but did not hear anything back. Next, I went around to postoffices, and found my package. I email them again , taht I had found my package, but still no feedback. They should take it a bit more seriously about customer service. I should mention, that I got the goods very fast from the sender, and package was fine. Goods never delivered, but solid customer service. I ordered the Garmin Forerunner 935 off BikeDiscount for a good price. About 12 days later (shipping from Germany to Ireland), it supposedly arrived. However, the box was beaten up quite badly and the watch was not inside. I contacted them immediately but it took them from Wednesday til Monday to reply (this was stressful due to the amount of money but my issue was solved). On Monday I received a very helpful email, which promised me that my query would be solved by Friday. My issue was solved in the end after a week and a half. In fairness, I am definitely displeased with the fact that the goods never arrived, but I am happy with the customer service and the fact they solved my issue.
