IEGoods never delivered, but solid customer service. I ordered the Garmin Forerunner 935 off BikeDiscount for a good price. About 12 days later (shipping from Germany to Ireland), it supposedly arrived. However, the box was beaten up quite badly and the watch was not inside. I contacted them immediately but it took them from Wednesday til Monday to reply (this was stressful due to the amount of money but my issue was solved). On Monday I received a very helpful email, which promised me that my query would be solved by Friday. My issue was solved in the end after a week and a half. In fairness, I am definitely displeased with the fact that the goods never arrived, but I am happy with the customer service and the fact they solved my issue.

DKVery late delivery Bikediscount has not been as swift as Bikediscount previously has been. Waiting weeks for a kids bike is not ok, when the homepage is giving the information that is going to be delivered within 5 days. I had to call Bikediscount several times before they reacted. so if you can wait for a long time..... Moreover the bike was scratched when delivered.

GBZero stars! Zero stars! Having placing an order almost a month ago. The parcel seems to be lost which means no goods and no money. Answer from bikediscount?? Be patience! Seriously??? I just want my money back as I had to purchase the items somewhere else spending money twice. The worse CS I have never experienced.
