Absolutely terrible customer support Absolutely terrible customer support. I have bought one tyre one month ago, that I needed urgently (it said deliverytime 1-3 days), and it has still not arrived, after one month ago. I have contacted them, asking why there was this problem and to ask for a refound, and they refused, saying that it was not a mistake from their part but from the shipping company (Poste Italiane). I find this to be unacceptable. Will not buy from then again, after this experience.

Order got here, but no message to me. Hello everyone, I ordered some components, and it seemed that the goods arrived here, but since I was at job, I did not get it, and no message from any deliverer. Emailed them, but did not hear anything back. Next, I went around to postoffices, and found my package. I email them again , taht I had found my package, but still no feedback. They should take it a bit more seriously about customer service. I should mention, that I got the goods very fast from the sender, and package was fine. customer support should improve. customer support should improve. I bought a tyre. It never arrived. Was a DHL error. Yet Bike Discount did not refund me. Had to reclaim via Paypal.
