Order got here, but no message to me. Hello everyone, I ordered some components, and it seemed that the goods arrived here, but since I was at job, I did not get it, and no message from any deliverer. Emailed them, but did not hear anything back. Next, I went around to postoffices, and found my package. I email them again , taht I had found my package, but still no feedback. They should take it a bit more seriously about customer service. I should mention, that I got the goods very fast from the sender, and package was fine. after-sales service is not reliable I bought a maxxis assegai tire in the shop and when I mounted it was deformed, I contacted the store that informed me to send a tire for inspection. they asked me for a video to show the tire, a video where you can clearly see the defect, I don't think it's fair to have to spend money sending a tire back and running out of a bicycle because they are inspecting a tire. I will not shop again at this store. Thank you for making me ride with a deformed tire for 40 euros.

Very late delivery Bikediscount has not been as swift as Bikediscount previously has been. Waiting weeks for a kids bike is not ok, when the homepage is giving the information that is going to be delivered within 5 days. I had to call Bikediscount several times before they reacted. so if you can wait for a long time..... Moreover the bike was scratched when delivered.

After 3 weeks my mtb arrived After 3 weeks my mtb arrived. It was carefully packed. Nice. Good experience with Bikediscount. I wrote to them, and asked for details and delivery, but they didn't answer. That is the reason for 4 stars.
