GBZero stars! Zero stars! Having placing an order almost a month ago. The parcel seems to be lost which means no goods and no money. Answer from bikediscount?? Be patience! Seriously??? I just want my money back as I had to purchase the items somewhere else spending money twice. The worse CS I have never experienced.

ITAbsolutely terrible customer support Absolutely terrible customer support. I have bought one tyre one month ago, that I needed urgently (it said deliverytime 1-3 days), and it has still not arrived, after one month ago. I have contacted them, asking why there was this problem and to ask for a refound, and they refused, saying that it was not a mistake from their part but from the shipping company (Poste Italiane). I find this to be unacceptable. Will not buy from then again, after this experience.

DKAfter 3 weeks my mtb arrived After 3 weeks my mtb arrived. It was carefully packed. Nice. Good experience with Bikediscount. I wrote to them, and asked for details and delivery, but they didn't answer. That is the reason for 4 stars.
