item never received A week after the shipping label was created, the item has still never been shipped. I went to my order page and their server has an error and cannot find it. They were sure to charge me for it. Update: I did finally get a response from Customer Service and their response was they don't know why they didn't ship it. Tracking number still shows it has never been in transit. Additional Update: the customer service lied about shipping a replacement and when I asked for a tracking number, they made a shipping label on the spot and emailed it to me. For some reason they don't think I know how to tell date and time. Both tracking numbers still show the item as pre shipping. I'm now short a Christmas gift and out $27.

Shipped me the wrong sized hat Shipped me the wrong sized hat. Ordered 2 different hats in 2 different sizes. They got one wrong. It was advertised as "Youth" but arrived as Medium. Way too big for my son. Hats aren't expensive enough, and my time is too stretched, for me to bother with returns on internet orders. I will simply take my business elsewhere next time.

Don’t Recommend Ordered a jersey on August 7th and it’s set to come September 27th. However, the fact that it took so long is deceiving. The service was horrible and I’m afraid of the jersey being fake. In conclusion, don’t order from this $h!t hole
