almost totally satisfied purchased 3 items 2 separate orders,minutes apart, just stickers. charged twice for shipping both orders came in one envelope. doesn't seem right.

Poor Quality While the company was efficient in both the ordering and delivery processes, the ornament (NY Mets station wagon with Christmas Tree) was so poorly painted that I will not use it. To be honest, it looked like a preschooler's best effort..... without any of the cuteness little ones' works hold. I will not order again...and would not recommend the company. The MLB "Official" product label is embarrassing.

Paid for 2/3 day shipping...shipped excessively late (received 8 days later) I'm sorry I have to give a bad review. I could have ordered this same product from MANY vendors. Shipped me the wrong sized hat Shipped me the wrong sized hat. Ordered 2 different hats in 2 different sizes. They got one wrong. It was advertised as "Youth" but arrived as Medium. Way too big for my son. Hats aren't expensive enough, and my time is too stretched, for me to bother with returns on internet orders. I will simply take my business elsewhere next time.
