Shipped me the wrong sized hat Shipped me the wrong sized hat. Ordered 2 different hats in 2 different sizes. They got one wrong. It was advertised as "Youth" but arrived as Medium. Way too big for my son. Hats aren't expensive enough, and my time is too stretched, for me to bother with returns on internet orders. I will simply take my business elsewhere next time.

The hat I purchased had a bill that was bent and sides that stick out because of being folded for so long. This could just be the brand of trucker hat but it makes it basically unwearable. Thanks for reaching out. I should also note that I have high standard for my hats. I have never worn this brand of hat so it could just be an unrealistic expectation.
