We paid extra money to expedite receipt… We paid extra money to expedite receipt of the ATV. We received it weeks later than expected. After receiving the ATV the rear wheels are installed backwards (the nice rims are facing inward). My husband is disabled and we still haven’t fixed the ATV. Our grandson won’t be back up here until next summer

Pleased with the Product My overall experience was good. The only issue I had was reaching someone in Customer Service. Every time I called, I had to leave a message and my calls were not returned. Tracking my order was difficult because I couldn't reach anyone. When I did finally reach someone however, they were extremely polite and helpful. The MCO and Bill of Sale for the vehicle were also slow to arrive - weeks after I purchased the vehicle. Still, the product was delivered as described and without issues. I would purchase from Superiorpowersports again.

unit was dropped during some point in… unit was dropped during some point in shipping , carburetor is not able to be adjusted , seat does not stay locked down , tried to attempt to reach customer service , but hard to deal with , says carb is fine from a pic, Lol... unit does not idle and carburetor has no idle circuit to adjust , mixture and idle screw does not even reach throttle plate ….carb defective ,

They delivered me the wrong atv They delivered me the wrong atv. Instead of trying to fix problem probably they just offered a money settlement of difference of prices of atv s. They are underhanded and lie. They should be put out of business. I’m glad Virginia doesn’t have people doing business like that. Find another company to represent.
