Earlier this week I ordered a golf bag… Earlier this week I ordered a golf bag from GolfEtail and then saw all the bad reviews and called with the intention of cancelling my order. I spoke to Jaimi and told her about my reservations. She was incredibly helpful and after speaking with her decided to go through with the order. She said it should be here by Friday and as promised it arrived today and I love it. So glad I didn’t listen to the negative comments as I am very happy with the service I received and would definitely purchase from them again.

Great Seller! Smooth Transaction. I just purchased a brand new set of Taylormade Rocketbladez (4-PW) for $269 delivered (on sale)! My local Golf Galaxy is charging $399 for the same set. The clubs shipped from CA to SW Florida and took 10 calendar days to arrive. No problems whatsoever with the order process. I did receive a phone call just to confirm the shipping address because I live in a newer built community. The box and clubs arrived without any damage, were exactly the item I purchased, and no problems at all with the seller. I am a very satisfied customer and just placed another order.

Non- stop spam machine I ordered a retirement gift for a cowoker 2.5 years ago. About 6 months later, I started receiving 1-2 emails a day. I unsubscribed. I contacted support. This company understands NOTHING about customer service. I doubt they care about 1 star ratings, but at least now you know what you're signing up for...

Ridiculous return policy Ordered two pairs of skechers golf shoes. After wearing one pair for a couple of weeks I realized they were too large and decided to return the pair I had not worn. After finishing the return and getting the return shipping slip they deducted $16, which included a restocking fee, from my $47 original purchase price. Cheaper to buy locally and not get ripped off with non legit charges to return.

Quality obvious. I’ve seen retailers come and go during my 50 + years as a golfer. Golf Etail has always delivered as asked. Web site is organized with many options as to size, color and brands. Delivery always as promised with advice provided. I will recommend.
