GBEarlier this week I ordered a golf bag… Earlier this week I ordered a golf bag from GolfEtail and then saw all the bad reviews and called with the intention of cancelling my order. I spoke to Jaimi and told her about my reservations. She was incredibly helpful and after speaking with her decided to go through with the order. She said it should be here by Friday and as promised it arrived today and I love it. So glad I didn’t listen to the negative comments as I am very happy with the service I received and would definitely purchase from them again.

GBPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Recently started purchasing a number of different apparel items from GolfEtail. Received one shirt that was flawed (stitching on collar) and could not be worn. Notified company to no avail. E-Mail messages were ignored and the company accepted no responsibility for selling poor quality merchandise. Everyone should think twice about doing business with GolfEtail. Does anyone really want to do business with a company who would risk loosing a customer over an item retailing for $9.99?

GBQuality obvious. I’ve seen retailers come and go during my 50 + years as a golfer. Golf Etail has always delivered as asked. Web site is organized with many options as to size, color and brands. Delivery always as promised with advice provided. I will recommend.

GBwow...looks like i am not the only one… wow...looks like i am not the only one with an issue with GolfEtail. I ordered a "softshell" sweatshirt and the item arrived as a regular sweatshirt - i called to return the item and the person wasn't helpful that answered and didn't follow through with sending me an email to complete the return. I have also emailed their "support" email address with no answer. He told me that return would be $4, but when I try to process only I am redirected to PayPal for $13 with no option to make a change....very underwhelming experience.

GBFraudulent Company Tactics I purchased a set of irons from an ebay daily deal. The company messaged me 5 days later saying that they made a mistake and would like me to cancel the order and they will email me a coupon code to get the clubs for $599, which they said is a discount. The issue is that the clubs are listed on their website for $599, this in itself is deceptive. I replied to their message asking for a better resolution, even if it meant purchasing additional gear to help them offset some costs. Their response? Cancelling and refunding the order, stating that I was the one who requested the refund. This is NOT TRUE. I was not expecting them to violate ebays terms of use, and because of their fraudulent claim I now cannot leave feedback and they do not get a defect which hurts their seller status.
