Very Impressed! I am sometimes wary of dealing with recruiters, because many of them only care about the placement and nothing else. However, I was very impressed with the professionalism Kofi Group showed in speaking with me about my career goals, and what I was looking for in my next position. The conversations were always polite, and never pushy or intimidating. It did take a little while, but when they finally called back, the position they informed me about was almost exactly what I was looking for! I went on one interview, and the job offer came days afterwards. They even offered career advice after they placed me. This recruiting agency goes above and beyond for both the client and the candidate, which is a rare find these days. I am extremely happy to have worked with them, and would not hesitate to do so again!
