Dissapointing Experience I ordered 3 flag patches approximately 5 months ago from this company for my children. They sent me the wrong color patches. I have been trying for several months to get the company to respond. I have called, texted sent emails, and left voicemail, but I can't get a response. As a Veteran I find it dissapointing to find other prior service members trading on their military service record and screwing people out of money...dissapointing.

Charges Over MSRP for No Reason Joseph Charles (the owner) is petty and swindles people. I was looking for Outdoor Research USA gear. I ordered a few items and Joeseph Charles (the owner) was nice enough to call me and let me know when things would be shipping and that some items would take awhile. We had a nice conversation for over 1 hour. The next day after looking at the Outdoor Research website, I discovered he was over charging for the same items by about 15-20%. I brought this to his attention via email and he retaliated by refusing any and all customer service and communication there after. I had a pair of boot gaiters I ordered the wrong size on. I was within the return window so I reached out for an exchange for the right size. No response to emails or phone calls. So I initiated a charge back with my bank of which he promptly resisted and I never got my money back or got any customer service.

Terrible Service/Scammer I ordered a patch in December 2021. I got an email saying it shipped within 48 hrs and even got a tracking number, but it never got past "shipping label created". Nearly 2 months later and nothing. I emailed them twice and no response. Called, no answer. Don't buy from them.

i was really concerned about the… i was really concerned about the reviews i read. i went ahead and gave them a chance anyways. i contacted phone number on the web site and i was helped immediately . i was walked through every step of the way. these guys are great people and they were extremely polite . give them a chance before you make a decision based off past reviews
