Wrong Item Pictured I had a good experience ordering and with prompt answers to my inquiries but you cannot review what you have ordered in bag and if the wrong item, such a hybrid number is shown, and you order, then the mistake really lies with both parties; buyer and seller. I was lucky because of the low price of the item, I was able to sell and get my money back from a friend; therefore, no hassle. I will definitely buy again but will inquire about product pictured.

Footjoy Icon Black My experience with Golf Headquarters was wonderful. I received the Icon Black Footjoys in a timely manner. I must, however say that I feel the new Icon Black golf shoes are not the quality that the old Icon's (or even the old FJ Classics) were. Still nice shoes but for $300 the leather does not seem to be as good and the overall quality seems a little less. Still the best shoes out there, but in my opinion the quality has gone down some while the prices continue to rise. I originally was going to order another pair, but I think I'll wait till they go on sale.

Product good. Shoe box soaking wet when received. Liked product and price. Unhappy with the way it was received although may noy have been the shippers fault.

Slow Ordered a Christmas present Dec 21. It is now Jan 2 and it still hasn't even shipped. I was told 2-10 days and can't even get them to ship my item. Will never order from them again.

Timely service as promised I appreciated receiving my new Dry-Joy DNA golf shoes from your company. The order arrived as promised, and I thought the value was excellent. I appreciated the free two-day UPS Ground service along with the tracking information. The only negative that I have is that I receive too many emails from your company. I think you would be better served by sending only one email per week with the specials for that week included. I hope you will accept this input as constructive criticism, as that is how it is intended. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback! GM
