Ping Golfclub PIcture on the internet showing hybrid 4, while a hybrid 5 was delivered. Despite my remark that my sell was about a hybrid 4. The delivery on itself was great, but actually not the item that we really wanted to have.

Very poor Customer service Very poor website especially when looking for shoes. Customer service stinks. Prices are fair but the time to complete shopping is not worth it. Apparently they have a new website but LOST past clients information. Give me a break!

Footjoy Icon Black My experience with Golf Headquarters was wonderful. I received the Icon Black Footjoys in a timely manner. I must, however say that I feel the new Icon Black golf shoes are not the quality that the old Icon's (or even the old FJ Classics) were. Still nice shoes but for $300 the leather does not seem to be as good and the overall quality seems a little less. Still the best shoes out there, but in my opinion the quality has gone down some while the prices continue to rise. I originally was going to order another pair, but I think I'll wait till they go on sale.

Buyer Beware! Prices on Walmart.com supplied by Golf HQ are not always what they advertise! I went on line at Walmart.com to look at TaylorMade Stealth Driver prices and thought what I was buying was a really good price even knowing new technologies will be out in the next couple months. After Golf HQ billed my credit card, was sent an e-mail that they had canceled my order due to a pricing error on their end. They have yet to issue a credit and though I incurred time in expense in testing a similar club at the PGA superstore, was told by the GM at Golf HQ that there's is nothing they can do.
