I never received part of my order I never received part of my order. I have not heard back from them if and when i am getting the ohio state pacifers,

Still have not received my order weeks… Still have not received my order weeks later. Two customer service contacts said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours to confirm when I can expect my order. Neither time has anyone got back to me. I don't even know how to cancel and get my money back.

I truly LOVE my Dolphins seat cushion! I truly LOVE my Dolphins seat cushion! I had accidentally "hit the wrong button" when I was ordering it, and ended up with Kansas City Koozies. I sent an email shortly after I place the order - like within less than an hour - asking if those could be removed from my order. I never got a response, and they were delivered with my seat cushion. I just sent another email, to see if I can return them for a refund. I did not open the packaging that they are in. Thank you!

Awesome Company I purchased a couple of Los Angeles Dodgers gifts for my daughter who is a big Dodgers fan. She was so happy!!! The deliveries arrived sooner than expected which is always nice!!! I must mention that I thought one of my purchases hadn’t been delivered and when I contacted their customer service I was so pleased with the timely manner in which they responded and they were so polite!!! I was so impressed!!! The package had been delivered and my neighbor picked it up for me so that was my error and when I told them it was my mistake they weren’t sarcastic or rude which made me happy. All in all I would definitely recommend this company for all their Great Qualities!!! And I will definitely be purchasing again from them.
