Charged for a order that i never received After being charged through klarna for a order i never received i will not do business with this company again. and will recomend to my co workers not to in my State wide PS department

Not as claimed, no returns Purchased the Intersection Front License Plate Bracket Gen 4 Fusion 6 Bundle (B-76), received a 3/5ths complete "universal bracket" which, per LedEquipped, "may require some modification for some sizes of our lights". (Voiding any returns) After i finished drilling and assembling this bracket, i went to the hardware store to buy the screws to attach the bracket to my vehicle dispite their website claiming to include mounting hardware. I was able to get the bracket mounted, come to find out, it is a couple inches smaller than my license plate. The "visable from any direction" they promise on their website is really a 50 degree window from either side, making this product about worthless. Reached out to the company. "Once an item is used we do not allow exchange/returns". I have had it for 3 days, delivered evening of the first, and one of which was waiting for them to reply to my to my request for return.

Worst customer service ever One of the worst vendors I ever dealt with. Initially shipped order promptly, but didn't bother to install the take down lights I ordered. Returned that order and they promised to reship when UPS received the package. That didn't happen. After a contentious phone call, I was promised a reshipment. They even prepared a shipping label which showed up on my tracking app. However, that order never shipped. I received notice of a refund and order cancelation,without any other contact or explanation. Rude on the phone. This company has no concept at all of customer service. I recommend you go elsewhere for your lighting needs.

its a scam i am trying to get information about one of their products but whenever i call and pick a menu option they pickup then hangup right away. i think this company is a scam

Bad company This company has the worst customer experience ever. It takes days for them to respond. I asked for a list of the products 3 weeks ago, calling every week and following up to the email chain. 3 weeks later they said "that is online shop which we do not allow" I literally said we will not sell their products online, they refuse to read emails. They've asked the same questions I've already answered multiple times. Edit: company responded almost Immediately to this review saying "was this really necessary"... 3 weeks and they still haven't helped me. Edit 2: This company is so toxic that they punished my client for their incompetence. They removed him as a dealer because I left a review complaining about them not responding to my simple request. No one should do business with this company.
