Good Product, bad service I got a good product for a good price, no problems there. The issues formed when I wanted to get some sort of documentation describing the operation of my product. It came with no user manual or datasheet, so I asked their support team for help. They did not provide me with documentation, but tried to diagnose my problem via email. When I asked about how to attach a momentary switch, the response was "yes". I asked for clarification, and they never responded. I ended up solving the problem through experimentation. So don't buy anything unless you don't need help figuring it out.

I bought a 12V Siren Package from LED … I bought a 12V Siren Package from LED Equipped and would never do business with them again. For starters, once I opened the package the control unit read 'PEWER' instead of 'POWER.' This was to be installed in a customers vehicle and was not disclosed to me prior to my purchase. After hooking up 12V to the siring unit it would not power up. I called LED Equipped and whomever I spoke with was not only rude but also insulting as he informed me I had wired the unit wrong. It was two wires, neither of which he could see through the telephone. They agreed to send me a second unit which was also faulty. I have returned both and still never received a refund. Really top notch products and service here.

Worst customer service ever One of the worst vendors I ever dealt with. Initially shipped order promptly, but didn't bother to install the take down lights I ordered. Returned that order and they promised to reship when UPS received the package. That didn't happen. After a contentious phone call, I was promised a reshipment. They even prepared a shipping label which showed up on my tracking app. However, that order never shipped. I received notice of a refund and order cancelation,without any other contact or explanation. Rude on the phone. This company has no concept at all of customer service. I recommend you go elsewhere for your lighting needs.

Hello Hello, I'll get back to you with more information. I purchased a light bar through your website last year, in September 2018th, and I cannot find my bill. Currently, water infiltrates the bar and many led lights don’t work anymore. I don’t know where the water infiltrates the bar. I’ve paid a lot and I am disappointed of my purchase. By the way, I also bought the siren kit 200 watts and it’s working well. I expect that somehow you could exchange my light bar for a new one or give me a refund on it.
