GB10/10 Experience Before joining Codubee, I found it hard to commit to a personal project because it was too overwhelming. Codubee is great at teaching you to take a project step by step, and the mentorship along the way is really valuable. The best part about the program is the consistency; meeting every week allowed me to keep the pace of the project and ask all my questions as I worked on my tasks. Miguel is a great mentor and always ready to answer questions, and he always has helpful advice.

GBCodubee got me an internship Miguel was an excellent mentor and teacher before I had no idea how to code in anything besides C++ as an EE major. By the end of the program I was able to make API calls and knew how to use CSS files and was coding in javascript. This lead me to try other projects within UTD organizations which ultimately helped me land an internship at DELL in backend web development.

GBA Valuable Experience with Codubee The Codubee program is a fantastic opportunity for rising software developers trying to break into tech. Through my experience with Codubee, I was able to deepen my knowledge on industry standard tools and technology. As part of the backend team, we were not only able to learn new tools, languages and frameworks, but also apply this new knowledge through the use of the Agile/Scrum methodology to create the backend functionality of a web application. I absolutely recommend this program and appreciate my mentor, Miguel, for everything he taught us.

GBGreat Program! Codubee allowed me to get some practical development experience, which was very relevant just from the first week at my internship. Getting familiar with tools such as git and node puts you ahead of the game and helps you much more than you may think. For someone with little to no experience, Codubee is the place to be.

GBGreat Program I felt as though I learned quite a bit, more so than if I had attempted to learn on my own. Being in Codubee allowed me to gain team-building skills which I will forever carry with me in the future. All in all, I feel as though I walked away with a better understanding of making apps and back-end development.
