As someone weighing 210 pounds and at the age of 50, I had my reservations, but this board has exceeded all expectations. It's incredibly stable, allowing me to ride with ease. It feels like I'm surfing on concrete, and the battery performance is outstanding. I can cover an impressive 18 miles on a single charge with some power to spare. Overall, this board is great. For its price it’s probably you can find, compared to other higher priced electric skateboards it’s decent. The brakes are good until you go down a steep hill. The four speed modes are amazing for beginners. The battery life is good, nothing special but it will get the job done, just make sure to keep it charging.

Tons and tons of fun. You feel like you're flying and being able to throttle through turns is incredible. It's actually so smooth that it's dangerous because it instills confidence in the rider and lulls you into a false sense of security when you should be alert and vigilant. If you plan on increasing the speed above 20 mph, you will need to tighten it up a bit.

First time purchase, good quality Quality is the first time I'm not sure what the standard is, but the feel, look and ride are all good to me. So that has to be given high marks. Legally, you're not going to carry it very often unless you're in an anti-board style community.
