Our X7 Pro gets a lot of wear and tear and the team at Turboant is always there to keep it running.

GBArya Arya, was super helpful. I had placed an online purchase but chose an incompatible part for my scooter. Arya caught the error and allowed me to cancel the original order and re-place an order for the correct part. She helped me through the process and made sure everything was right. She was even able to waive the 8% cancellation fee because it was a mistaken order, and not an actual cancellation.

GBMy battery was damaged and the end of… My battery was damaged and the end of my warranty was nearing so I reached out and the support team got back with me very quickly. With a few emails exchanged over 2 days, the problem was diagnosed and they had a new battery being sent my way. They were so kind and helpful. GBThe repair lasted about a day the… The repair lasted about a day the scooter powered off on me completely. I drove it 8 miles to test drive it to my new job and cruise control speed kept lowering and then it powered off completely, it wouldn’t turn back on after I had to ride 2 buses back home
