GBFor the past several weeks Tapcheck has… For the past several weeks Tapcheck has not worked, they claim they been having issues, importing hours worked from our scheduling software and that’s why the pay advance feature has not been available. There is no personalize customer service and you constantly get automated answers to key word questions and if your question doesn’t make sense to their system it rejects your questions. Sooo frustrating 🙄
