USSO EASY! This app is so easy to set up, and our employees really like the availability of pay on demand. This is a great retention tool to keep our seasonal employees on the job! Those employees who had hiccups with registration have been taken care of individually by the customer service team, ensuring they get back on track quickly. Highly Recommend!

USGreat Customer Service! Today I went on customer service chat because I had been trying for a few days to reactivate my account with no luck at all. Well finally I decided to sit for a minute and went to the customer service chat and waited till someone came on and Thank you so much to Sherry for answering!!! They reactivated my account and loaded my new employer on to the account. Just sit and wait a few and someone will help you. Thank you so much to Sherry bc i was in a bind where I needed money. USSince day 1 Tapcheck has not worked Since day 1 Tapcheck has not worked, they claim they been having issues, importing hours worked from our scheduling software and that’s why the pay advance feature has not been available. Nomatter what time of day no personalize customer service rep helps and you constantly get automated answers then most agent can’t actually assist you bc they aren’t apart of the time clock specialist . So far ash and maleeha has been most helpful outside of them no reason make sense as they only tell you they’re working on syncs but 12+ hours ago your told the same script . Sooo frustrating when you can’t get help by calling or by chat🙄 . Our company was promised our hours being updated after each shift or at least by next morning and ever since we been able to use this feature it’s NEVER WORKED when needed. Very frustrating and disappointing!
