There was zero communication when I… There was zero communication when I sent an email when the website stated they would respond within 24 hours. The produce was ok. Made of cheap materials. However, there is no protection for electronic devices, which was very disappointing.

I placed an order with Waterfly on… I placed an order with Waterfly on January 22, 2022. I received an email confirmation immediately. Since then I've received nothing - no notification of shipment, no notification of delays, no estimate of delivery time...nothing. Was my order lost? I hope not because my credit card was charged immediately. This does not reflect well on Waterfly. I regret ordering from them.
