GBTried contacting someone when my order… Tried contacting someone when my order was placed and my email was blocked by their server. Also it's been a week and no update on my order. Don't have much confidence I'll receive my order.

GBI placed an order with Waterfly on… I placed an order with Waterfly on January 22, 2022. I received an email confirmation immediately. Since then I've received nothing - no notification of shipment, no notification of delays, no estimate of delivery time...nothing. Was my order lost? I hope not because my credit card was charged immediately. This does not reflect well on Waterfly. I regret ordering from them.
