Makes A Long and Difficult Process Easier! I used Time to Hire to find Advertising Sales Reps for my magazine. It is incredibly difficult to staff for this type of position in 2019. Even with a base salary I received mostly flake outs (people not showing up for the interview, or people agreeing to the offer and then not showing up for work) using other platforms. Time to Hire understands that hiring for this type of position is a large numbers game. They contact a lot of people with a background in the field or close to it and by contacting enough of them they make sure that a portion responds. They also give you a lot of information on how to get people interested as well as measure who would be the best fit. Highly Recommended!

Time to hire contacted me and let me know that people had reached out to me but for some reason the forwarding didnt work. They did reach out and seemed to care about the success of their program.

Great hiring experience. Will order again. I'll be honest, I really did have my doubts about this service. I had no idea how this would turn out and had never tried anything remotely close to this. I saw what the potential number of commission-only sales agents I could sign on, which was maybe 1-2. I was okay with that, but I didn't expect to sign on 8 so far and I still have more than 10 others to potentially sign on and 20 more people to call back. It has been a really great experience and I will definitely be ordering again MULTIPLE times to build up my sales team.
