False Advertising! Bought four of their 45lbs Milled Iron plates only because they advertised as having a 17.5" diameter which would match my Rogue plates. These are clearly 17.7" inch plates! Customer service simply said "thanks for letting us know" and has not responded with any sort of return or compensation solution. If you do deadlifts with appreciable weight you already know the importance of having matching plate diameters to minimize barbell and plate wear and tear.

Absolutely Excellent Customer Service I ordered a pair of 45's that turned out to be a pre-order. I had waited almost a month without a response so I emailed support for any updates. Michael M. from support was fantastic and instantly answered all my questions. I have purchased from Barbell Standard previously as well without issue, 11/10 highly recommend buying from here.

Great customer service but some shipping problems The equipment itself is amazing and has that classic look and feel to it. Only issue is my last two orders haven't showed up, however one was refunded and they are working on the other. The customer service is also amazing and respond quickly to emails. Good quality weights great customer service Good quality weights. Great service. Thank you to Michael M. He was patient and responsive. One of my plates was lost in the FedEx system, Michael then immediately sent out another one and it was aldo lost in the FedEx system . Both times where at the Fedex Bloomington hub. ( not standards fault). Anyways Standard barbell didn't have any plates at the time, then when they did Michael sent one right away. Thank you again for the great customer service.
