One of my plates was lost in the FedEx system, Michael then immediately sent out another one and it was aldo lost in the FedEx system . Both times where at the Fedex Bloomington hub. ( not standards fault). Anyways Standard barbell didn't have any plates at the time, then when they did Michael sent one right away. Thank you again for the great customer service.

Absolutely Excellent Customer Service I ordered a pair of 45's that turned out to be a pre-order. I had waited almost a month without a response so I emailed support for any updates. Michael M. from support was fantastic and instantly answered all my questions. I have purchased from Barbell Standard previously as well without issue, 11/10 highly recommend buying from here.

Absolutely amazing iron plates for the… Absolutely amazing iron plates for the price. Came packaged exceptionally good and shipped surprisingly fast, got them in less than a week from when I ordered. Each plate weighed well within the 2% guaranteed tolerance the company promises which makes these the best overall iron plates for the price in the market. Great company, great prices, great shipping, great plates. I will definitely be buying a few more pairs of 45's in the future.

False Advertising! Bought four of their 45lbs Milled Iron plates only because they advertised as having a 17.5" diameter which would match my Rogue plates. These are clearly 17.7" inch plates! Customer service simply said "thanks for letting us know" and has not responded with any sort of return or compensation solution. If you do deadlifts with appreciable weight you already know the importance of having matching plate diameters to minimize barbell and plate wear and tear.

Good quality product, poor delivery service choice! Quality of plates are worthy of praise. Unfortunately order processing seems rather slow, and FedEx of course held true to their typically embarrassing standards. Should be able to expect a little more when paying such a high cost for shipping. Good product however.
