Great yoga accessory My yoga instructor uses these in her classes and explains their benefits and function. It is very helpful in targeting areas and focusing on those areas. It is also easy to carry and pack

Awesome, innovative company with great support! Elena was very helpful and understood my needs as a small business owner. She provided the information and support I needed and offered follow up support.

Awesome I first used at downtown yoga and I loved so much I bought one for my daughter. She loves it as well. It is awesome. I have two for myself. One for travel snd one for home so I don’t forget to pack.
