much better stretching I live in Switzerland, am 61 years old and my stretching was accordingly insufficient. I have been using the SpiroStretch for a few months now. The exercises help me to get a few centimeters further everywhere. And I realize how a flexible body leads to deeper breathing and an inner well-being. Thank you Elena, a simple but ingenious tool, I can only recommend it!
