Has helped my lower back I try to find time to use the Spiro for at least a few minutes every day (not always successful, unfortunately!) and it has helped a lot with my chronic back issues. I would typically have an episode every few weeks where I would move the wrong way, feel a "twinge" and then be in considerable pain for a few days.
