The purchase The purchase, delivery and set-up was excellent. Overall this piece of exercise equipment is world class. The workouts are not only numerous but high quality and for the most part interesting to watch while working out.

The Hydrow team is unbelievably trustworthy and professional Hydrow has been a very user friendly experience! Everything that they expressed, became my experience with the product thus far. Hydrow Wave….Excellent!!! We recently purchased a Hydrow Wave and could not be happier with it. We look forward to our workouts every day. The rower itself is high quality, pretty quiet, and fits comfortably in our spare bedroom. The workouts are phenomenal. There is so much variation between the locations, types and lengths of workouts, and athletes that you’ll never get bored. There are tons of incentives for rowing daily including earning badges and supporting water.org (which brings clean water to areas in need). We love our rower and are happy to be part of the Hydrow community.

Screams luxury, but the service should be better The machine itself says luxury, but at this price point, there are better machines out there with better with better customer service. The warranty just exists for them to say there’s a warranty. The coverage term is short, and once it’s out of warranty, be prepared for couple hundred dollars for repairs.

The workouts are fantastic and the Hydrow team is informative and fun! And there are so many workouts and locations we will never get bored of doing the same old things.
