USI have now worked out five day… I have now worked out five day straight. I was definitely not very humble as I approached this workout and fortunately I decided to follow the beginner courses because it’s kicking my butt. The machine is smooth and very solid. The instruction is perfect for me, keeps my form good and the scenery is beautiful. The instructors are good and get my competitive spirit going.

USWorking to Be Fitter & Leaner 74 Year Old I have carefully used the 1-2-3 10 minute learning sessions followed by one of the 5 minute cool down sessions. It is encouraging to have the different trainers teaching proper form and breathing techniques as well as rowing along the Charles River or beautiful waters in the Bahamas. I have taught yoga for 6 years and now teach gentle yoga 3-4 days a weeks to Seniors, so my legs and glutes are in great shape & I find it easy to push my effort up on the rower quite quickly. The rower will really help me develop my core, shoulders, and arms. I am recovering from some minor surgery I had on the 22nd and can't wait for my surgeon to release me to exercise and teach yoga again in 2 weeks!

USWe love our new Hydrow! We love our new Hydrow! From the ordering though the shipping and delivery, we were well notified and knew exactly what to expect. The workouts are fantastic and the Hydrow team is informative and fun! And there are so many workouts and locations we will never get bored of doing the same old things. So happy that we made the choice to go with Hydrow!!!

USWOEFUL ROW Hi Hydrow. Sadly, my in the initial delivery of my Pro the "boxing" was VERY damaged, laying on its side in the delivery truck (not upright as specified on the packing), and had been "stabbed" with a forklift. I had waited quite a while for my Hydrow and having to send it back and wait ... again ... for a replacement delivery was hard to do. The Customer Team members I spoke with were knowledgeable and helpful but a couple of them were difficult to understand. On its arrival and power-up the rower would not connect with my modem and required yet another call to Customer Service. After some resetting and rebooting, it finally connected and, for the last week, operation has been flawless. I wish I could've started rowing a month ago.

USThe Good, The Bad, and The Ugly! As a brand new customer to Hydrow I had an issue which I presented to the support team. Not only did I receive Zero support the supervisor wouldn't even speak with me. I was told that there was NO exception to their policy. I called back and spoke to Karla in sales and she resolved my issue. It would appear that, Manuela and her supervisor Marcus, are not suited to represent Hydow in customer support as they clearly have NO concept of their position. Karla deserves a raise and promotion and Hydrow is lucky to have her on the team!!!
