WOEFUL ROW Hi Hydrow. Sadly, my in the initial delivery of my Pro the "boxing" was VERY damaged, laying on its side in the delivery truck (not upright as specified on the packing), and had been "stabbed" with a forklift. I had waited quite a while for my Hydrow and having to send it back and wait ... again ... for a replacement delivery was hard to do. The Customer Team members I spoke with were knowledgeable and helpful but a couple of them were difficult to understand. On its arrival and power-up the rower would not connect with my modem and required yet another call to Customer Service. After some resetting and rebooting, it finally connected and, for the last week, operation has been flawless. I wish I could've started rowing a month ago.

The purchase The purchase, delivery and set-up was excellent. Overall this piece of exercise equipment is world class. The workouts are not only numerous but high quality and for the most part interesting to watch while working out.

Buying experience was as advertised Buying experience was as advertised. Arrived timely and assembly was easy. One part of the rower is a little heavy and required 2 people, but other than that, I put it together myself. No personal tools required.

Best purchase I've made in a while Best purchase I've made in a while. The training sessions keep you engaged and pushing through the workout. I would say the membership is high but that's my opinion. They could through in a T-shirt for sure, plus that's a free marketing tool! Just a suggestion.

Definitely the #1 rower —- great quality and quite motivating workouts I did extensive research on rowers and I stumbled across Hydrow rowers. All the reviews I looked at rated Hydrow as a top rower. I read many reviews and found favorable comments. I don’t review many products but love my Hydrow rower. The President Day sale clinched the deal. I use my rower at least 4 days a week. It’s been a great purchase with zero regrets.
