GBWould love to see a more commercial quality unit Great concept, but quality is lacking. Would have rather paid double for a more robust machine. The nordic pad sits uneven causing me to lean to my right side making me favor that side during nordic curls. Customer service was great, set me up with a video call with one of the owners of the company. He sent me new pieces to try to correct the issue, however to know avail. I also ordered the ghd kit which I am still waiting for. Overall I love the versatility of the machine, just wish that it was built better. Bought during the original presale before any reviews, justified by the presale discount. However the discount is being offered even to this day with the upgraded model.

GBGreat product The quality and functionality of the equipment is great! I'm a trainer and I can adjust the Nordic hyper extension very easily for each exercise. It's fast and efficient. I could do an entire training session on just this machine.

GBIncredible Products and Amazing Team I can’t say enough great things about this company. Yogi and Benji are incredible people and their passion for delivering the best home gym equipment really shines through. I love the Nordic Hyper and find myself using it more than any other piece of equipment I own. It’s great for serious athletes as well as those who are weekend warriors. You never know how much you’ll use a product until it’s in your house and I’ve surprised myself with how often I use it. You won’t regret buying it. It’s a phenomenal value and the customer support is top notch. The whole Freak Athlete Team is incredible and I'll be a customer for life.

GBUnique product, overall very good Summary: 5 of 5 for innovation and versatility. 3 of 5 for product quality (4 of 5 when considering price.) 3.5 of 5 for overall experience (I can tell how a full-sized GHD and reverse hyper would be better but the whole point of this equipment is to save space and money. I like the best possible version of things, however, and I suspect that many people would be perfectly happy with this machine and would give it a 4 to 4.5 out of 5.) Details: I had major issues with product quality control and delivery and customer service follow through (effusively helpful on the front end but then several instances on not doing what I was told they would do.) I was also given an explanation for a product defect that didn't really make sense to me (metal doesn't generally warp due to sitting in a UPS box), which I don't like. It seems that a lot of this was down to initial product launch difficulties mixed with perhaps a little customer placating gobbledegook. I eventually got the replacement pieces I needed and received a couple of partial refunds, which I appreciate. Although my first experience with the company was protracted and exasperating, I don't really get the sense that it's due to their being dishonest or not caring, but rather overloaded with fulfilling what seems to be an enormous backlog of preorders. Overall, the product itself it quite good, particularly considering the versatility and the price point. The product offered (the reverse hyper) is very unique and the quality is good, especially considering the price point. I appreciate that they are pushing the envelope with design and making valuable but often difficult to access exercises available to people who don't necessarily have a fully built out industrial gym. The knee pads for nordic curls aren't the most comfortable I have used, but they are okay and I imagine that you could add additional cushioning if you needed to. Although I may eventually upgrade to dedicated equipment for each of the exercises this machine allows me to perform, I do appreciate having this all in one for the time being and have found it to be a very useful addition to my home gym.
