This thing really does all things very well except for reverse hypers. Even though it doesn’t do that one exercise well, it still deserves 5 stars. GHD sit ups always had me worried but this thing holds up beautifully like more expensive pieces on the market.

No product is perfect, but Freak Athlete comes close!! No product is perfect, but Freak Athlete is a company obviously attempting to create just that. I have been a pre order customer on most all offerings from the company and at no point have I been disappointed. Again, perfection is a hard bar to reach but if you appreciate what you get…and the utility and creativity they provide, you should never be disappointed. Very much looking forward to the the attachments and upgrades coming soon!
