It has delivered effectively. My clients are enjoying using it. During my initial order there were some issues but Freak Athlete addressed them quickly and made everything right. Would love to see a more commercial quality unit Great concept, but quality is lacking. Would have rather paid double for a more robust machine. The nordic pad sits uneven causing me to lean to my right side making me favor that side during nordic curls. Customer service was great, set me up with a video call with one of the owners of the company. He sent me new pieces to try to correct the issue, however to know avail. I also ordered the ghd kit which I am still waiting for. Overall I love the versatility of the machine, just wish that it was built better. Bought during the original presale before any reviews, justified by the presale discount. However the discount is being offered even to this day with the upgraded model.

The new part came in and the same problem occurred. I didn't want to wait any longer so my brother came and did some work on it and got it to sit on the base.
