Absolutely 5-star customer service… Absolutely 5-star customer service provided by Caitlyn! She's very patient and knowledgeable about the issue we have with the Bosu ball. With Caitlin's help, we are expecting the replacement part in a timely manner! Then we can get on the Bosu ball and do our everyday routine exercises again! Thank you Caitlyn :)

Great Quality Product The product is great. I previously purchased an off brand BOSU and it broke less than a year after I bought it. I have loved my NexGen BOSU so much so that I bough another one for my wife so we can work out together. The product is great quality and they have lots of great YouTube videos for workouts

Still Waiting! Did not receive entire purchase. Received flat, no pump, no documentation. Opened box. I reach out multiple times. They say they’ll send remaining parts and documentation. Still waiting after two weeks. BOSU: when a customer has been complaining about not receiving entire product purchased, just overnight the stuff!!! Because I will now be returning everything. Subpar service at best!

Get a Bosu! I do Pilates at a studio 5-6 days per week and we use the Bosu. I love it so much I wanted to have one at home too! I’m excited to use it in creative ways on my own.
