GBreached out to customer service: NO Response I was receiving a lot of email messages from "Joey-at BOSU' with pointers. The emails also stated if I had any questions to reach out. I did, I asked how locate and download the wall chart for my half dome. Silence...No response and no more communication from BOSU (sent July 28)

GBStill Waiting! Did not receive entire purchase. Received flat, no pump, no documentation. Opened box. I reach out multiple times. They say they’ll send remaining parts and documentation. Still waiting after two weeks. BOSU: when a customer has been complaining about not receiving entire product purchased, just overnight the stuff!!! Because I will now be returning everything. Subpar service at best!

GBBOSU BOSU has absolutely the best customer service. They give you all of the workouts needed for your Bosu ball and also a free manual to learn how to use it. I recieved the Next Generation Bosu Ball and it is absolutely amazing 👏 🙌 😍
