Buy BOSU Direct from WeckMethod My most recent purchase from Hedstrom, The set of three bands, arrived as promised, were well packaged, and were free of any imperfections. I was disapponted to note they were made in the PRC and not the USA. My initial purchase from Hedstrom was the BOSU Elite "halfball" and concurrent with my band delivery I was registering my Elite and noticed that it was not a "drop-down" choice on Hedstrom's registration site. I enquired and was informed that "the BOSU Elite is technically owned by WeckMethod" and I was referred to their website. I went to their site and saw the BOSU Elite there for 20% off the price I paid for it 13 days before through Hedstrom. Accordingly, I got back with Hedstrom and asked about my elgibility for the 20% off promotion and was told "Unfortunately, we do not price match with other websites". I tried again to get the WeckMethod price from Hedstrom and received some more gibberish, to which I expressed that I thought I was dealing directly with BOSU. I could have purchased my Elite on Amazon for the same price with a much better delivery, but I prefer to buy "direct" so I placed my order through BOSU.com, and came to understand later that I was dealing with Hedstrom. My lesson learned is checkout the WeckMethod site first if you are looking for a BOSU product.
