My bike was broken about half a year… My bike was broken about half a year before they fixed the issue. I tried to cancel my membership while it was unusable and they kept charging me. They keep saying they'll fix the issue but it's been another year and no refund so I refuse to pay again for a membership.

Affordable dependable and ready to put together! I love love love this bike not only for the affordable price and affordable monthly subscription. The classes ,different teachers different music genres are amazing the challenges with rewards how awesome thank you for this amazing product! Oh and….. it was super easy to put together too 🤗

Awful customer service Awful customer service Had to pay another company to get it in working order cause was faulty. Ok now working but would never buy from them again. Utter crooks

We LOVE this bike! We LOVE this bike!! The scenery videos are amazing & the workouts are totally worth the subscription monthly. I will say the seat hurts after a few days, purchased a gel seat pad for it but other than that- wouldn’t change a thing! Super easy to put together

I enjoy the bike and the workouts… I enjoy the bike and the workouts provided with my subscription, until today. I went to get a work out end and I receive a message that I need to renew my subscription. I checked my account and an automatic payment was made 1 April 2024. Please correct this discrepancy with my subscription.
