I went to get a work out end and I receive a message that I need to renew my subscription. I checked my account and an automatic payment was made 1 April 2024. Please correct this discrepancy with my subscription.

Bike is fun Bike is fun. It’s a good looking bike and great for small spaces. Besides the terrible seat there’s only one other thing that bothers me and it’s that the resistance knob is super smooth to turn so if your leg hits it you will be changing your resistance drastically.

My bike was broken about half a year… My bike was broken about half a year before they fixed the issue. I tried to cancel my membership while it was unusable and they kept charging me. They keep saying they'll fix the issue but it's been another year and no refund so I refuse to pay again for a membership.
