Latest issue Latest issue - major outage for android users. Peloton can bombard my email box with sales emails but a massive outage occurs and they can't bother to notify me via the same email address and provide the fix??? I have to discover it when trying to take a class on my tight schedule, get annoyed, then go down an rabbit hole trying to find out what's going. Unbelievable.

I love my new tread I love my new tread! It is my 3rd Peloton product and I decided to make the purchase based on how much joy I get from riding both my original bike (located in on our home on the West Coast) and my bike+ (located in our home on the East Coast). I have never been a group exercise or gym person, but the experience I have with the live classes and on demand classes is truly positive. The instructors are positive, encouraging and real! I GREATLY appreciate being able to get on my bike or tread and feel like I'm part of a caring community. I don't want to hear about politics, religion, or upset and they all do an awesome job of steering clear of all of those!

3 years in, and still loving it As someone who was deeply skeptical given the price of the Peloton bike vs other competitors, I can honestly say that it is leaps and bounds above the competition. Will it force you to work out? No. Will it become a very expensive place to hang laundry if you let it? Absolutely. But, as with all things, you get out of it what you put in. The content in the all access membership and the versatility of the workouts available specifically for the bike will make you want to get started. The instructors will keep you coming back.

Mine was delivered and set up in a… Mine was delivered and set up in a timely manner. I do numerous activities for exercise. This is one of my favorites. It's challenging. It has many classes to choose from, live or taped. Also, I have had no issues with my bike or monitor. All positives. Cleats were tough to get to work originally, but now no problems.

From the time of purchase to delivery… From the time of purchase to delivery the service has been exceptional. I had absolutely no issues I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my bike these past two years. Today I have not had any issues. I do, however have the seat post that was recently recalled, but I’m not worried and continue to ride my bike until that part comes in.
