From the time of purchase to delivery… From the time of purchase to delivery the service has been exceptional. I had absolutely no issues I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my bike these past two years. Today I have not had any issues. I do, however have the seat post that was recently recalled, but I’m not worried and continue to ride my bike until that part comes in.

The choices are broad and it is easy to filter based on your mood or length of time available. Would love to see another product in the Peloton family that incorporates weight lifting.

185 week streak continues By and large, I avoid online exercise as it robs me of a chance at social connection and motivation. The one bi exception is Peloton. The content and connected experience are brilliant. I'm now on a 185-week streak of doing something with Peloton each week -- I can't say I've ever stayed that engaged with anything for so long except for breathing, eating and sleeping! Peloton is now a vital part of my life.

I love my new tread I love my new tread! It is my 3rd Peloton product and I decided to make the purchase based on how much joy I get from riding both my original bike (located in on our home on the West Coast) and my bike+ (located in our home on the East Coast). I have never been a group exercise or gym person, but the experience I have with the live classes and on demand classes is truly positive. The instructors are positive, encouraging and real! I GREATLY appreciate being able to get on my bike or tread and feel like I'm part of a caring community. I don't want to hear about politics, religion, or upset and they all do an awesome job of steering clear of all of those!

Latest issue Latest issue - major outage for android users. Peloton can bombard my email box with sales emails but a massive outage occurs and they can't bother to notify me via the same email address and provide the fix??? I have to discover it when trying to take a class on my tight schedule, get annoyed, then go down an rabbit hole trying to find out what's going. Unbelievable.
