GBWorst customer experience ever Worst customer experience ever! The purchase was a month late and during the month waiting for the product I tried REPEATEDLY to cancel and after numerous, emails, chats and calls they still sent the product. The last person I spoke with told me to not accept the delivery which is a complete and total joke because that would have required me to stay home for an indefinite amount of time and literally wait for the delivery. It’s also comical because what delivery person rings the doorbell instead of just leaving the package at the door! Horrific customer service and their 1.5 star reviews should be an indication this company is the worst! I still think this company is a total sham and they only respond when you get angry! Btw, I am still waiting for my return label! Just AWFUL!!!!

GBGood info I really like the information given by this scale but had I not had a friend familiar I would have been lost as to how to operate. Scale came with no instructions on app downloads and took Forever to arrive. They did offer lifetime warranty due to delay and upon reaching out was given status of delay. Three stars due to above mentioned issues.

GBFittrack Review Finally received scale, after a month of waiting. The app constantly crashes. I've uninstalled the app and re-installed and still continue to have issues. The accuracy of the scale seems to check out, but the app needs a lot of work. Without the app, the scale is useless.

GBArrived a month late Arrived a month late, could not get the scale to connect to the app. Then stopped working altogether, screen went dead. Have sent countless emails to get support and no answers. I will now call American Express and dispute the charge.

GBTerrible app/costly features The scale came within the time estimated (about 2 weeks), but when I went to log in to the app, it kept freezing and crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled 6 times and always the same thing. I could type in 7 letters, then frozen, and forced closed. While researching help topics, I discovered more negative reviews referring to the majority of advertised features requiring a paid subscription to use. No thank you. I returned the scale without even opening it the day after I received it.
