GBTerrible Customer Service It took over a month to receive my Fit Track. My credit card was charged for the 3 month advanced health program subscription before I even received my fit track and I was supposed to get a 30 day Free Trial of the Advanced Health Program. I have sent numerous emails requesting to return to my fit track since it took to long to receive, I followed the directions on website of how to begin the return process and I am still waiting on Fit track to respond on next step to return product and have yet to get a response from Fit Track. I did finally get a credit for the Advanced Health Program they charged my credit card

GBIf I could give zero stars I would! If I could give zero stars I would! This company is nothing short of a scam! They will deliver when they feel like, usually takes about 1 month! Then they dont send you a packing slip with any returns info so therefore you are unable to return and get a refund. When you email/online chat, no one will get back to you!

GBKinks to Work Out Product was not delivered by Christmas as anticipated, but received several email notifications on the delay. Hope they can fix the production issue for any future customers. Nice quality scale. App is easy to understand. however, I have not found a way to sync with the App unless I open the App every time I weigh in.

GBIt’s only been 2 weeks and batteries… It’s only been 2 weeks and batteries need replaced already! Apparently needed to use lithium batteries! Saw initially this was a problem, still undecided if I would recommend it.
