GBI'm not one to write reviews... I'm not one to write reviews.... But I'm also not one that gets scammed and brushes it off!! I ordered the scale months ago and They immediately took the money out that day. After battling them for two months, I finally filed a dispute with PayPal. Then magically they created a shipping label which according to the man that got back to me prevented them from being able to refund me!! I had to threaten a class action lawsuit, and eventually the scale made its way to me.... However, I have a very high-end doctors scale that is calibrated perfectly and the fit track scale is off by 3 lbs. I also feel that the readings I'm getting are completely bogus! From everyone else's reviews it sounds like if I try to send it back I'm just never going to get my money back so I might as well just burn it.

GBFinally got my scale which seems to… Finally got my scale which seems to work but it took 3 months to receive it. I contacted care 4 times, asked for an update or refund they’ve just kept telling me it was being processed but never would respond to my request about canceling order. Super frustrating to say the least.

GBStill have not received my scale I was really excited to use this scale to help with my health journey. However, as of today, January 28, 2024, I still have not received my fit tracker scale and I placed my order on November 30th. I was also charged the monthly subscription fee even without having the scale which I thought was to be used to assist with using the scale. I am need a full of full refund for both the tracker and monthly fee. I have not been able to use any of them. I already cancelled the subscription.

GBWorst customer experience ever Worst customer experience ever! The purchase was a month late and during the month waiting for the product I tried REPEATEDLY to cancel and after numerous, emails, chats and calls they still sent the product. The last person I spoke with told me to not accept the delivery which is a complete and total joke because that would have required me to stay home for an indefinite amount of time and literally wait for the delivery. It’s also comical because what delivery person rings the doorbell instead of just leaving the package at the door! Horrific customer service and their 1.5 star reviews should be an indication this company is the worst! I still think this company is a total sham and they only respond when you get angry! Btw, I am still waiting for my return label! Just AWFUL!!!!

GBArrived a month late Arrived a month late, could not get the scale to connect to the app. Then stopped working altogether, screen went dead. Have sent countless emails to get support and no answers. I will now call American Express and dispute the charge.
