I contacted customer service who kindly instructed me how to recalibrate the scales which i did, still not right. I have asked to return them and oddly enough, customer service have stopped replying to me. I will be contacting trading standards.

Fittrack Review Finally received scale, after a month of waiting. The app constantly crashes. I've uninstalled the app and re-installed and still continue to have issues. The accuracy of the scale seems to check out, but the app needs a lot of work. Without the app, the scale is useless.

Kinks to Work Out Product was not delivered by Christmas as anticipated, but received several email notifications on the delay. Hope they can fix the production issue for any future customers. Nice quality scale. App is easy to understand. however, I have not found a way to sync with the App unless I open the App every time I weigh in.

Arrived a month late Arrived a month late, could not get the scale to connect to the app. Then stopped working altogether, screen went dead. Have sent countless emails to get support and no answers. I will now call American Express and dispute the charge.
