I contacted customer service who kindly instructed me how to recalibrate the scales which i did, still not right. I have asked to return them and oddly enough, customer service have stopped replying to me. I will be contacting trading standards.

If I could give zero stars I would! If I could give zero stars I would! This company is nothing short of a scam! They will deliver when they feel like, usually takes about 1 month! Then they dont send you a packing slip with any returns info so therefore you are unable to return and get a refund. When you email/online chat, no one will get back to you!

Still have not received my scale I was really excited to use this scale to help with my health journey. However, as of today, January 28, 2024, I still have not received my fit tracker scale and I placed my order on November 30th. I was also charged the monthly subscription fee even without having the scale which I thought was to be used to assist with using the scale. I am need a full of full refund for both the tracker and monthly fee. I have not been able to use any of them. I already cancelled the subscription.

Total scam Total scam I ordered my scale 11/30 , took my money never received it.Multiple emails on their support site with a handful of tracking information.Last being Jan 2 in California.The address is in Delaware
