GBI'm not one to write reviews... I'm not one to write reviews.... But I'm also not one that gets scammed and brushes it off!! I ordered the scale months ago and They immediately took the money out that day. After battling them for two months, I finally filed a dispute with PayPal. Then magically they created a shipping label which according to the man that got back to me prevented them from being able to refund me!! I had to threaten a class action lawsuit, and eventually the scale made its way to me.... However, I have a very high-end doctors scale that is calibrated perfectly and the fit track scale is off by 3 lbs. I also feel that the readings I'm getting are completely bogus! From everyone else's reviews it sounds like if I try to send it back I'm just never going to get my money back so I might as well just burn it.

GBArrived a month late Arrived a month late, could not get the scale to connect to the app. Then stopped working altogether, screen went dead. Have sent countless emails to get support and no answers. I will now call American Express and dispute the charge.

GBTerrible app/costly features The scale came within the time estimated (about 2 weeks), but when I went to log in to the app, it kept freezing and crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled 6 times and always the same thing. I could type in 7 letters, then frozen, and forced closed. While researching help topics, I discovered more negative reviews referring to the majority of advertised features requiring a paid subscription to use. No thank you. I returned the scale without even opening it the day after I received it.

GBDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I waited two months to get this scale. In the two weeks I've had the scale it has been able to make a reading 4 times. I've upgraded my phone, I've changed the batteries in the scale, and yet the app continually crashes, the app and scale can never connect without repeated stop/starts or installs/uninstalls, and my complaints and requests to return this lousy product have gone unanswered by FitTrack's customer service team.
