GBWorst customer experience ever Worst customer experience ever! The purchase was a month late and during the month waiting for the product I tried REPEATEDLY to cancel and after numerous, emails, chats and calls they still sent the product. The last person I spoke with told me to not accept the delivery which is a complete and total joke because that would have required me to stay home for an indefinite amount of time and literally wait for the delivery. It’s also comical because what delivery person rings the doorbell instead of just leaving the package at the door! Horrific customer service and their 1.5 star reviews should be an indication this company is the worst! I still think this company is a total sham and they only respond when you get angry! Btw, I am still waiting for my return label! Just AWFUL!!!!

GBExtremely inconsistent Extremely inconsistent. The app rarely pairs with the scale. The original app was by far better. The scale is essentially worthless other than to show my weight.

GBTotal scam Total scam I ordered my scale 11/30 , took my money never received it.Multiple emails on their support site with a handful of tracking information.Last being Jan 2 in California.The address is in Delaware

GBFittrack Review Finally received scale, after a month of waiting. The app constantly crashes. I've uninstalled the app and re-installed and still continue to have issues. The accuracy of the scale seems to check out, but the app needs a lot of work. Without the app, the scale is useless.

GBWorst customer service on the planet! Customer service is god awful almost non existent. Two methods to communicate, email or a chat. You would think chat would be the faster option but you'd be wrong. Lies on the chat window right off the bat. One spot says usually responds within 3hrs other say within 30 minutes. 13 hrs later and finally got a response. It was at 3am central US time and apparently, that's the only time frame they respond at. Just terrible for a company spending so much money on advertising but can't bother to do the same with customer service.
