First time customer and new to Martial Arts I walked in and was promptly greeted by Rich and Leah, they answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Rich took us inside the boxing ring and started to demonstrate some basic boxing and Muay Thai stances, kicks and punch combinations. There were no sales tactics, it was all straight talk, very professional and informative. I signed up on the spot and now to learn something new.

Great staff, superb instruction, progress at your own pace, intelligent and interesting environment to learn and grow. Kid and family friendly. My son, who is shy and at times introverted has learned to be confident and brave in his new journey of MMA.
