I gave it four stars because I come… I gave it four stars because I come from an old skool boxing.Where boxing was only thought and in not use d to holding pads for anyone. Other then my opinion everything else is great the classes are motivating and challenging.

Just incredible! Incredible! Everyone there, from the instructors, to the owners, to the students and participants, are humble and want to help. One of the friendliest, most accomodating martial arts centers I have ever been in! Trevor and Rich are just incredible, and go way above and beyond. Have questions? Just ask. Have concerns? No problem. The friendly, inclusive atmosphere and openness are a breath of fresh air that will put you at ease. And all the things they do for veterans, as well as the youth programs, are just exceptional examples of building community!

No Joke is No Joke! Was looking for some private boxing sessions, and after my hour working with Trevor, I felt great! I learned alot. I was impressed with how friendly the staff here at No Joke is. I felt comfortable right away during my first session. I will definitely be coming back for more sessions! I was also very happy with all of the different classes No Joke offers such as boxing, fight fitness, the list goes on. Definitely money well spent here.

No Joke is amazing for mixed martial… No Joke is amazing for mixed martial arts classes and BJJ classes. My daughter has been going there for several years. She has gained so much confidence. Danny and Rich are amazing teachers. We've even tried out the yoga. Which was a wonderful work out unfortunately that has limited availability being on Thursdays nights which no longer works for our schedule but I highly recommend it if your looking for a good year round yoga class.

First time customer and new to Martial Arts I walked in and was promptly greeted by Rich and Leah, they answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Rich took us inside the boxing ring and started to demonstrate some basic boxing and Muay Thai stances, kicks and punch combinations. There were no sales tactics, it was all straight talk, very professional and informative. I signed up on the spot and now to learn something new.
