Simply amazing The Lat Mat has been great to use and have protected my knees from hurting. You can jump, slide and practically conduct every exercise while having joint support. I'm really satisfied and happy that I can workout knowing that I have the proper protection and alignment that I need to prevent further injuries. I love my Lat Mat. So far I absolutely love the mat So far I absolutely love the mat. It definitely makes working out in my basement so much easier. I love that I can workout without shoes. I am able to jump around and really focus on my form because I feel so stable on the mat. I am just so happy to have found a mat that works for me and not to mention it does not move. That is the BIGGEST bonus. I have fallen so many times on other mats and LatMat did not fail me like the others.
