Deserves a 5 star rating I have used Latmat for a month and absolutely love it. Its large enough to accommodate all movements and is absorbs the impact on the knees and ankle when working out. I love its stability and does not roll or slip with fast movements. The customer service was great. I received my mat within a week of ordering it. Of all the exercise mats I have tried, this is by far the best one. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

Buy it & you will never look back ! The latmat is an excellent mat. First of all, it is easy on the joint; u can jump and do prisoner like exercises and you will not hurt your joint. Another reason I love the latmat are the lines. These lines help with the alignment which ultimately leads to a better form. Buy it , you will never regret it

Best mat ever! I am so glad I invested in this mat. It's perfect for my at home workouts! Three things I love about it: First, the composition of the material is perfect. It provides enough cushion to protect your joints, but sturdy enough to allow you to do cardio and balance moves on it. Second, it is larger in dimension than your standard mat. I can do so much more on it, without hanging off the sides. But it's still portable enough to be rolled up and stored away in between workouts. Third, the visual guides, or ladders, have been so helpful with form checking and keeping my movements consistent. As an added bonus, Angi and the other online fitness instructors at fitvds.com provide you with guidance on your form based on the ladder during their online classes.
